Thank you for shopping with Abbey Junction. We are delighted to provide you with high-quality baby and toddler gifts sourced from family-run Australian businesses. At this stage, we currently only ship within Australia to ensure prompt and reliable delivery of our products.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Orders will usually be dispatched within 1-3 business days via Australia Post or a courier of our choice once payment has been received. During peak times such as Christmas, this process may take longer. You will receive an email from us once your product has been shipped, along with the tracking number.

Since we carry most of the products listed on our website (unless otherwise indicated), there is typically no waiting period for items to arrive.

For standard delivery orders, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. For express shipping, please allow 1-2 business days for delivery. Delays in shipping are outside of our control, and we are not responsible for postage delays once the package is with Australia Post or the courier. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you by email.

Please provide complete and accurate details at the time of purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.

Ensure you provide an accurate shipping address and instructions when placing your order. Incorrect addresses will incur standard postage rates for re-shipping. Should you spot an error, contact us immediately to coordinate with the courier.

All prices quoted on our website or in response to your inquiry are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to change the prices displayed on the website at any time and without prior notice. Our prices do not include transport insurance or any additional delivery attempts required to get your order to you.
