Returns

You have 30 days to initiate a return from the day you receive your item. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.

Items must remain in their original, unworn, and unused condition with all tags and product packaging intact, and in the same condition that you received them. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be refunded. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds and Exchanges (if applicable) 

Once your item has been received and the item/s have been inspected (with 5 business days or receiving the return) you will receive an email with notification of exchange outcome.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a reasonable time frame.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@abbeyjunction.com.au through the contact us link on our website.

Shipping 
All postage costs will be covered at the buyers expense, and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
